As part of our ongoing commitment to excellence, Gallagher Bassett is proud to introduce the latest enhancements to our Claim Strategy Reporting Suite. These enhancements are designed to optimize efficiency for our resolution managers (RMs) and to ensure the delivery of superior claim outcomes for our clients.
The updated templates within this suite significantly enhance our reporting capabilities, ensuring that our clients and external partners receive the most valuable claim information in a consistent format. These formats will assist in facilitating strategic discussions with all stakeholders during critical touchpoints throughout the claim life cycle to accelerate claim resolution.
The suite consists of the following templates:
- Plan of Action (POA)
- Detailed Status Report (DSR) and Carrier Status Report (CSR)
- Claim Review Template
The new format empowers our RMs to focus on:
- Significant milestones
- Claim details that have influenced the claim's trajectory
- Current status
- Plan of action for timely resolution
- Reserve adequacy
These templates are part of a broader initiative aimed at delivering exceptional service and elevated program consultation to our clients while investing in valuable digital tools, like Claim Summarizer, Document Insights, and Email Sentry, to support our people with administrative tasks, allowing them to drive better outcomes for our clients.
Additionally, we 've developed a new single data input source for our RMs, resulting in time savings and improved efficiency. This new data input source will allow our team to focus on what matters most — managing claims, interacting with claimants, and bringing each claim to an optimal resolution.
