Changes to modernise Victoria's WorkCover scheme

The Workplace Injury Rehabilitation and Compensation Amendment (WorkCover Scheme Modernisation) Act 2023 (the Scheme Modernisation Act) has received Royal Assent and will commence on Sunday 31 March 2024.

The changes aim to deliver a more contemporary, sustainable WorkCover scheme that will continue to support injured workers into the future.
