With over 13 years of experience in insurance, Steph is a highly capable leader who has driven significant improvement in GB's Personal Injury services, and made big changes to how we approach these areas and engage with our clients.

Steph first joined GB in 2011 as an Injury Management Advisor, and was quickly promoted through the ranks to Team Leader and then Team Manager, before becoming a Branch Manager in 2015 and Assistant Operations Manager in 2016.

In 2018, Steph was promoted to Claims Operations Manager for our Victorian Statutory Workers' Compensation business unit. In addition to leading the operation from both a people and performance aspect, she also managed performance relating to RTW, injury management, mental health strategy and early intervention, inclusive of provider management.

Steph was responsible for developing and implementing GB's Mobile Case Management program and our Mental Health Hub.

Steph then proceeded to be appointed as General Manager — Personal Injury National Operations, where she leveraged GB's existing capability locally and globally to enhance our PI strategies and establish innovative solutions to support best practice and tailored claims management.

Most recently, Steph has been appointed as General Manager — Victoria, overseeing GB's Victorian operations in the WorkSafe Workers' Compensation Scheme.
