With over 18 years' experience in the Personal Injury, CTP and Workers Compensation industry, Liam is experienced in developing strategies to ensure claims operational areas are structured and supported to achieve strong liability, stakeholder satisfaction and claim outcome results.
Prior to joining GB, Liam worked as an Operations Manager, at a TPA leading Victorian Workers Compensation support for three years, Director of claims management for three years at Comcare and across many roles at the Transport Accident Commission for 6 years. Performance and staff development, stakeholder engagement and process improvements were important aspects of Liam's role.
At GB, Liam took on the role of Assistant General Manager — Victorian Workers' Compensation, where he was responsible for developing strategies to ensure that our claims operational areas were structured and supported to deliver strong stakeholder satisfaction and claims outcomes.
In 2024, Liam was appointed General Manager — Self & Specialised Insurance, where he is responsible for managing the operations of GB's Self & Specialised Insurance division.
