Josh is an accomplished General Manager with over 20 years' experience in workers' compensation and expertise in legislation reform and business transformation.
Josh joined GB in 2012, working as a Branch Manager and Operations Manager before moving into the General Manager — South Australia role in October 2021.
In his initial role, Josh helped establish GB's operations in South Australia, including the recruitment of over 180 new staff, management of over 3,000 claims and ultimately helping ensure contract extensions for the SA operation.
In 2015, Josh supported the claims operation with the transformation of GB's workforce to deploy what is now over 60 mobile return to work staff, followed by a consolidation project which successfully ensured lower employer premiums and strong RTW rates.
He has over 20 years' experience within the workers' compensation industry, having worked within claims management, self-insurance, client services and project management.
