With over 26 years' experience in the insurance sector, John is responsible for the development of successful partnerships at GB. Prior to joining GB, John has held several senior sales and operational management roles at Great Southern Bank, Allianz Partners and RACQ.

John's energetic and persuasive leadership approach brings out the best in people. He is passionate about identifying talent and taking the time to develop good people and has extensive experience in managing large teams and departments as well as increasing staff utilisation, implementing cost control initiatives and building sales pipelines.

His focus is around operational and sales management roles where he actively drives change, with a demonstrable history of developing new approaches to meet organisational growth and sales targets.
