Emma has been involved in the Australian workers' compensation scheme for 24 years. Prior to joining the team at GB in 2013, she had comprehensive, hands-on claims and regulatory experience in the industry.

Emma started her career in case management at WorkCoverSA and progressed into Senior Management roles in the areas of service provider regulation, policy, government relations, change management, procurement, claims agent performance and account management.

Emma joined the team at GB in 2013 as Scheme Account/Contract Manager for a government workers' compensation scheme client. She also assumed responsibilities for customer service, compliance & audit and assistant operations management.

Emma moved into transition management and business development roles in 2015, leading GB's successful transition project in the Northern Territory in 2017, as well as the Comcare transition project in 2018.

In her current role as Head of Government Partnerships, Emma works with a wide variety of government and private clients in the personal injury market.
