Debbie is an experienced leader with more than 21 years' experience in Personal Injury, including 19 within leadership roles.
A highly credible leader, as Head of Sales & Client Services — Personal Injury, Debbie works alongside our GM contingent and operational teams to drive the continued growth and performance of GB's personal injury portfolio.
In Debbie's previous role as Claims Operations Manager she worked closely with the GB leadership at a state and national level, as well as key employer and worker stakeholders. She supported the claims operation in claims decision making, recovery & RTW, managing scheme liabilities, refining and embedding sustainable outcomes across all areas.
