Employed as Global Vice President – Brand Strategy, Management and Growth, Andrew (Drew) manages Marketing and Communications team for Gallagher Bassett with a global focus.

Drew is an experienced Marketing Executive with a demonstrated history of delivering creative and engaging communication campaigns in financial services industries. As Global Vice President — Brand Strategy, Management and Growth Drew leads the organisation's marketing and communications efforts across the US, UK Australia and New Zealand, driving stronger engagement between GB and its internal and external communities.

Drew was named a "Top 50 Insurance Industry Young Gun" by Insurance Business in 2017, and was a finalist for "Young Banking and Finance Marketing and Communications Professional of the Year" at the Financial Services Institute of Australasia Young Finance Professionals of the Year Awards in 2018.

In 2018 Drew received the ANZIIF Award for Insurance Industry Innovation of the Year for his work on a web portal for the Northern Territory Government, in 2019 Drew was a finalist for Insurtech Program of the Year at this event for his development of GB's Poster Designer.

Drew has chaired GB's Diversity and Inclusion Committee since its establishment in 2017.
